Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest and Renewal

Led by Tracy Zumbahlen this program offers a wonderful way to relax, rest and heal the body.

Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness. Unlike traditional yoga, this meditative practice is done entirely in a comfortable resting position, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of experience level.

During this session, you’ll be guided through a series of steps, including:

  • Body Awareness: Progressive relaxation to release physical tension.
  • Breath Awareness: Gentle focus on the breath to calm the nervous system.
  • Visualization: Imagery and affirmations to promote mental clarity and emotional balance.
  • Intention Setting (Sankalpa): A powerful moment to plant the seeds of your deepest intentions and desires.

Yoga Nidra is known for its ability to:

Who is it For?

Small group event on site or can join by phone. Bring yoga mat with you for lying down or could be seated for this relaxation state.

Cancellation policy - 24-hour notice is required to cancel or postpone without forfeiting payment. No refunds will be given. You may use the credit toward other services with Tracy, BPW events, or retail items.
