The Art of Mindful Living - March 27th

Immerse yourself in the essence of mindfulness with this guided session inspired by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Mindfulness Essentials books. Through simple yet profound practices, you will experience how to sit, eat, walk, love, and relax with full awareness.

This mini book exploration will be divided into 2 parts. Each 90 minute session will have a welcome and closing as well as a deep dive into 3 practices. The sessions will run in parallel so you do not need to attend both or the first to attend the second part.

Cancellation policy - 48 hour notice is required to cancel or postpone without forfeiting payment. No refunds will be given. You may use the credit toward other services or events by Tracy Zumbahlen or retail items.
