Offered as a one-on-one session or in a group, this workshop provides personalized guidance and support to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, you'll leave with tools to foster a more balanced and stress-free lifestyle.

1. Group Session:
Group sessions will take place Thursday evening from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, and are available both in-person and online. To participate, simply register. Group sessions are $22 per person.
In person - Meet at the Breathe Peace Suite at 30 Bridge St, New Milford CT for this event or when joining online details will be sent after the registration is complete.
2. Individual Session - can be set up for date and time that is convenient for you. $35 per session. If you are interested in an individual session please reach out to us in the "Contact Us" section on the website.
Cancellation policy - 48 hour notice is required to cancel or postpone without forfeiting payment. No refunds will be given. You may use the credit toward other services or events by Tracy Zumbahlen or retail items.
