Our Women’s Wellness Circle offers a peaceful space to ground yourself through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and gentle sound healing. Together, we’ll explore ways to stay centered, compassionate, and calm during this busy season.

This gathering operates on a pay-what-you-can basis — registration is needed for planning purposes.
Prepare for the full moon with a personal 20 minute Tarot reading for an insightful look into your current path and receive guidance tailored to your needs. Afterward, deepen your experience with a 40-minute group Tarot Journaling session.
Individual Session cost $40
Bring a friend - $32 per participant. 20 minute personal tarot reading is included in this option.
Both tarot readings and the journaling session is led by Kat Becher, an experienced tarot reader and professional writing coach.
This program offers a wonderful way to relax, rest and heal the body. It is an open group for people to explore reconnecting with the morning in an embodied way.
Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness. Unlike traditional yoga, this meditative practice is done entirely in a comfortable resting position, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of experience level.

Learn the art of mindfulness and meditation in our Mindful Meditation self-care workshop. This 60-minute session teaches techniques for calming the mind, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional well-being. Offered as a one-on-one session or in a group, this workshop provides personalized guidance and support to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
