Join us for a restorative evening of sound healing guided by Jeanine Chayka.

What to Expect:

60-Minute Sound Healing Session – Immerse yourself in soothing sound waves that calm the mind, releases tension, restores clarity, and leave you feeling refreshed and centered.

$29 per person

Individual sessions available or request your own group healing session.

Tarot Reading and Journaling Session

Prepare for the full moon with a personal 20 minute Tarot reading for an insightful look into your current path and receive guidance tailored to your needs. Afterward, deepen your experience with a 40-minute group Tarot Journaling session.

Individual Session cost $38

Bring a friend - $32 per participant. 20 minute personal tarot reading is included in this option.

Both tarot readings and the journaling session is led by Kat Becher, an experienced tarot reader and professional writing coach.

Yoga Nidra - Deep Rest and Renewal 

Led by Tracy Zumbahlen this program offers a wonderful way to relax, rest and heal the body. It is an open group for people to explore reconnecting with the morning in an embodied way.

Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness. Unlike traditional yoga, this meditative practice is done entirely in a comfortable resting position, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of experience level.

60-minute event. $25.00 per person.    

All welcome. Thursday’s at 10:30 am.

Small group event on site or can join by phone. Either way bring a yoga mat with you. Need a different time, let us know as we can normally accommodate your schedule.


The Art of Mindful Living

March 27th - 6:00 pm

Immerse yourself in the essence of mindfulness with this guided session inspired by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Mindfulness Essentials books. Through simple yet profound practices, you will experience how to sit, eat, walk, love, and relax with full awareness.

The 90 minute session will have a welcome and closing as well as a deep dive into 3 practices.


Mindful Meditation Self Care Workshop - See our Events Area

Learn the art of mindfulness and meditation in our Mindful Meditation self-care workshop. This 60-minute session teaches techniques for calming the mind, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional well-being. Guided meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful awareness practices are used to help you achieve a state of inner peace and clarity.

Offered as a one-on-one session or in a group, this workshop provides personalized guidance and support to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

The Power of Your Voice: A Sound Healing Journey

Unlock the Healing Potential of Your Own Voice

Your voice is a powerful tool for self-healing. In this unique guided vocal expression session, you’ll explore how sound can release tension, restore balance, and cultivate inner harmony. Through sighing, humming, affirmations, and intuitive vocalization, you’ll learn to use your own voice as a pathway to relaxation, self-empowerment, and deep connection.

This session is not about singing—it’s about using your voice as a healing instrument. No experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

90 minute session.

Tai Chi Easy Session

Tracy Zumbahlen, (Moon In Bloom) invites you to join her at HarryBrooke Park, in New Milford CT, for a Tai Chi Easy session on Friday’s. Starts 10 am. Meet in the Parking Lot at Entrance - 100 Still River Drive. 

You are not required to attend each program session.

Wear comfortable shoes. Adults and children welcome! $12.00 per person with a discounted bundle of classes. $15.00 individual class
