We offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on services or gift certificates. Our return period lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are defective. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing – If approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If you receive a refund (excluding defective items), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
